In January 2020, Kanha Jungle Camp was established with a commitment to give back to the environment and the local rural community. Our motto revolves around the idea of contributing more to the land and wildlife than we take. Our mission extends beyond protecting the natural habitat and wildlife; it also involves preserving the rich culture of the native population while empowering them with resources and opportunities.
As a part of our dedication to the local community, we actively support and promote local art and craft products, as well as source local produce. A significant 80% of our employees hail from nearby communities, providing them with employment opportunities and enriching our guests' experience by offering authentic insights into the region through their interactions.
We take pride in our sustainable practices, including organic farming and an efficient waste management system. Our commitment to the environment also extends to minimizing concrete usage and employing environment-conscious architecture. During our construction, we ensured no trees were removed, and the natural habitat remained undisturbed.
